About

Red Dress Party San Diego is a whimsical fundraising event where everyone is encouraged to be brave, let loose, and celebrate impact. Like the name suggests, attendees are required to wear a red dress, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation. This serves as a powerful sign of compassion and solidarity for those affected by HIV/AIDS and as a way to unite the crowd in one radiant theme.

Our goals

Raise Funds

Critical medical and supportive care services to improve the quality of life for people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS all require resources, which are limited and becoming more scarce. So every bit of funding helps.

Build Awareness

Did you know that it's estimated a new person tests positive for HIV every 18 hours in San Diego County? Although there have been huge strides in HIV prevention and treatment efforts, a great need still exists for testing, counseling, and care.

Celebrate Impact

The Red Dress Party is like the name suggests – a party – and an opportunity for the community to band together, celebrate and support a great cause.
